Pricing is usually one of the first questions clients ask when they are considering Radiesse®. And it is a fair one. Injectables are an investment, and the costs vary widely depending on the clinic, the area being treated, and how the product is being used.
We try to be transparent with our pricing because we think clients should be able to plan and budget without guesswork. Here is what Radiesse costs at Lift Clinic Toronto, how that compares to the broader market, and what actually factors into the price.

Radiesse pricing across Toronto clinics generally ranges from around $700 to $1,200 per syringe. The wide range reflects differences in clinic positioning, injector experience, and whether the product is being used at full concentration (for facial contouring) or hyperdiluted (mixed with saline and lidocaine, typically used for skin quality treatments like the neck).
Our pricing falls in the mid-to-upper end of that range. We do not compete on being the cheapest option in the city. What we offer is experienced injectors, conservative dosing aligned with our “start low, go slow” philosophy, and a clinical approach that prioritises natural-looking results over volume for the sake of volume.
A few things drive cost variation between clinics, and they are worth understanding before you compare quotes.
Injector experience: Radiesse is not a forgiving product. Unlike hyaluronic acid fillers, it cannot be dissolved once injected. Experienced injectors charge more, and for this product, that experience matters. The microspheres need to be placed precisely. Pricing that seems too good to be true often reflects an inexperienced injector, not a deal.
Treatment area and approach: Hyperdilute Radiesse for the neck uses the same product as facial Radiesse, but the technique is different. The product is mixed with saline and lidocaine and spread across a larger area. The amount of product, the appointment length, and the level of clinical judgement required all factor into the price.
Clinic location and overhead: Boutique clinics in established neighbourhoods like King West typically price higher than walk-in chains or non-medical settings. Medical aesthetics clinics carry insurance, regulatory compliance, and clinical staff costs that medspas do not always carry to the same degree.
Product authenticity: Radiesse is manufactured by Merz, distributed through licensed Health Canada channels. Any clinic offering pricing dramatically below market should raise questions about sourcing. We only use authentic, Health Canada-approved Radiesse purchased through licensed distributors.

Your appointment begins with a consultation where we assess your skin, talk through what you are trying to address, and confirm whether Radiesse is the right product for your concerns. We do not assume – sometimes another treatment will get you better results, and we will tell you that.
The injection itself uses Radiesse mixed with lidocaine for in-product anaesthesia. The lidocaine numbs the treatment area as the product is injected, which is what makes the procedure comfortable. Aftercare instructions and follow-up are included.

The honest answer depends on what you are trying to address. For neck aging, crepey skin, or fine lines that have not responded to skincare, Radiesse offers something most non-surgical treatments cannot – genuine collagen stimulation that improves skin quality at the structural level. Results typically last 12 months or longer, which makes the per-month cost competitive with many shorter-acting treatments.
For deeper laxity or volume loss in the face, Radiesse can work well as a contouring product, though Sculptra may be a better fit for some volume restoration goals. The right answer depends on your specific concerns. We will talk through both during your consultation.
What Radiesse will not do is replace a surgical neck lift, replace Botox or Dysport for muscle-related concerns, or deliver a transformation that requires deeper structural change. We are upfront about the limits because we would rather you spend your budget on the right treatment than the wrong one.
