Radiesse® Treatment Toronto
Radiesse® injectable for neck rejuvenation Toronto
Firm and smooth your neck with Hyperdilute Radiesse®
Restore firmness and smooth crepey texture with Radiesse® at Lift Clinic Toronto, a collagen-stimulating injectable that treats neck aging at the source. This Health Canada-approved and FDA-approved biostimulator uses calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) to provide immediate structural support while triggering your body’s own collagen and elastin production over time.
At Lift Clinic Toronto, we offer hyperdilute Radiesse® specifically for the neck, a technique where the product is diluted with saline and lidocaine and spread across a larger treatment area to improve skin quality, thickness, and firmness rather than add volume. Radiesse is also available as part of The Neck Reset, our signature combination treatment pairing Sofwave™ neck tightening with Radiesse® for a more complete result.
Skin concerns Radiesse® treats
Hyperdilute Radiesse® targets the structural changes beneath the surface that cause visible neck aging:
- Neck Aging
- Wrinkles & Fine Lines
- Sagging or Excess Skin
- Crepey Skin Texture
- Horizontal Neck Lines (Tech Neck)
How Radiesse® works
Radiesse® is made from calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres suspended in a smooth gel carrier. CaHA is a mineral compound found naturally in human bone, making it highly biocompatible.
When hyperdiluted with saline and lidocaine, Radiesse takes on a thinner consistency that can be spread across the neck. Rather than filling wrinkles, the CaHA microspheres create a scaffold beneath the skin that signals your body to produce new collagen and elastin. The gel carrier is gradually absorbed, leaving behind your own newly formed collagen networks – thicker, firmer skin that developed naturally.
Collagen remodelling takes time. Most clients begin to see visible improvement around 4 to 6 weeks post-treatment, with results continuing to develop over 3 to 6 months and lasting 12 months or longer.
What to expect
Each treatment takes approximately 90 minutes including consultation and preparation. The hyperdiluted formula contains lidocaine, so the injection process is comfortable for most clients.
Radiesse® after treatment care
Post-treatment, massage the treated areas for 5 minutes, 2 times a day, for 7 days to help the product integrate into the skin. Avoid strenuous activities, alcohol, and direct sun exposure for the first 24-48 hours, and always follow any additional aftercare instructions provided by your practitioner.
Results develop gradually as your body produces new collagen. The skin you see at 3 to 4 months post-treatment reflects the full result.
Preparing for your Radiesse® treatment
Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E) for 3 to 5 days before treatment, unless directed otherwise by your physician. Limit alcohol for 24 to 48 hours prior. Stay well hydrated and arrive with clean skin – no makeup or heavy products on the neck.

Radiesse® frequently asked questions
What is Radiesse®?
Radiesse is an FDA-approved and Health Canada-approved injectable made from calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres in a gel carrier. It provides immediate structural support and stimulates your body’s natural collagen and elastin production for long-lasting skin improvement.
What is hyperdilute Radiesse?
Hyperdilute Radiesse is the same product mixed with saline and lidocaine to create a thinner consistency. This allows it to be spread over larger areas like the neck, where the goal is improving skin quality and firmness rather than adding volume.
How is Radiesse different from dermal fillers?
Traditional hyaluronic acid fillers (like Juvederm or Restylane) add volume by attracting water. Radiesse works differently – the CaHA microspheres act as a biological scaffold that stimulates your body to produce its own collagen and elastin. When hyperdiluted for the neck, Radiesse is a skin quality treatment, not a volumizer.
How long do Radiesse results last?
Results from hyperdilute Radiesse typically last 12 months or longer. Because the treatment stimulates your own collagen production, improvements are gradual and natural-looking. Annual maintenance treatments can extend and build on your results.
Is hyperdilute Radiesse painful?
Most clients find the treatment comfortable. The hyperdiluted formula includes lidocaine, which numbs the area during injection. Your practitioner may also apply a topical anaesthetic beforehand. You may feel mild pressure or a brief stinging sensation at the injection sites.
How many treatments will I need?
Many clients see meaningful improvement after a single session. Depending on the degree of skin laxity and your goals, your practitioner may recommend a second treatment 4 to 6 weeks later. Annual maintenance sessions help sustain results.
Is there downtime?
Downtime is minimal. You may have mild redness, swelling, or bruising for a few days. Most clients return to normal activities the same day. Avoid vigorous exercise and heat exposure for 24 to 48 hours.
Can Radiesse be dissolved?
No. Unlike hyaluronic acid fillers, Radiesse cannot be dissolved with an enzyme like hyaluronidase. The CaHA microspheres are naturally absorbed by the body over time. This is one reason it is important to have the treatment performed by an experienced injector.
Can Radiesse be combined with other treatments?
Yes. At Lift Clinic, we pair Radiesse with Sofwave™ in The Neck Reset for a more complete result.
How much does Radiesse cost at Lift Clinic Toronto?
Hyperdilute Radiesse for the neck is $900 per treatment. The Neck Reset (Sofwave™ + Radiesse®) is $2,700 – a savings of $300. Visit our financing page for payment plan options.
